Tinubu: Biden Unveils US Delegation to Attend Inauguration
President Joe Biden of the United States has announced the formation of a presidential delegation to attend the Monday inauguration of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as new President of Nigeria in Abuja.
Honorable Marcia L. Fudge, Secretary of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development is expected to lead the US delegation.
Other members include Chargé d’Affaires David Greene, California Representative Sydney Kamlager-Dove; Under Secretary of Commerce for International Trade, Marisa Lago; Commander of U.S. Africa Command, General Michael E. Langley and Director of U.S. Trade and Development Agency Enoh T. Ebong.
Others are Assistant Secretary of State for the Bureau of African Affairs, Mary Catherine Phee; Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for African Affairs, Judd Devermont; and Assistant Administrator for the Bureau for Africa of the U.S. Agency for International Development, Monde Muyangwa.
