Chris Brown, along with his confidante Sinko Ceej, rapper Yella Beezy, and Live Nation, are at the center of a $50 million lawsuit stemming from alleged attacks during Brown’s 11:11 tour in Fort Worth, Texas.
The lawsuit claims Brown orchestrated the assault of four men backstage on July 20 during his tour stop. Plaintiffs Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush, and Da Marcus Powell allege they were invited backstage for a hangout after the concert but were instead assaulted.
According to TMZ, Bush approached Brown to congratulate him, triggering an attack by Brown’s associates. Bush alleges he was surrounded, punched, kicked, and had a chair thrown at him.
The plaintiffs also claim Brown sent Yella Beezy and others to attack Parker, who was chased and beaten in a staircase. They allege Brown encouraged his companions to join in the assault.
The lawsuit states the plaintiffs suffered severe injuries requiring medical treatment, with one remaining hospitalized. Their attorney, Tony Buzbee, vows to seek justice against Brown.
In addition to damages, the plaintiffs seek restraining orders against Brown, Beezy, and Sinko Ceej. Brown and his team have not yet responded to the allegations.
Chris Brown has a history of legal troubles, including a high-profile case where he pleaded guilty to assaulting Rihanna.
