Before stepping into the spotlight, Rema took a poignant moment to express gratitude to Burna Boy, who had paved the way for him on the same stage in 2021. In front of a capacity crowd of 20,000, Rema made a grand entrance, clad in an all-black outfit and a mask, riding a stationary horse to the beats of his latest hit, “DND.”
The show unfolded in distinct phases, with Rema escalating the energy by performing on a giant stationary bat in the second phase, transforming the third phase into a Rema party.
A melodious rendition of “Iron Man” followed, accompanied by a dazzling display of Indian dance choreographers flanking him on both sides.
Rema delighted his fans with a dynamic performance, showcasing a plethora of hits, including “Dirty”, “Ginger Me”, “Addicted”, “Why”, “Dimension”, “Soundgasm”, “Fame”, “HOV”, “Trouble Maker”, “Lady”, “Don’t Leave”, “Dumebi”, “Bounce”, and “Charm,” highlighting the depth of his extensive catalog.
A notable moment was the surprise appearance of Ayra Starr, Crayon, and Magixx, Rema’s fellow Mavin Records signees, who joined him on stage for the performance of “Won Da Mo.”
