In a fresh twist to the ongoing dispute with his former label mate KCEE, Harrysong has taken to his social media platforms to seek the support of Nigerians in his quest to recover his royalties.
On his Instagram story, Harrysong revealed that KCEE, his former label boss at Five Star Records, has retained 100% of the royalties for some of his major releases under the label. Notably, songs like ‘Reggae Blues,’ ‘Baba For The Girls,’ ‘Samankwe,’ ‘Better Pikin,’ and ‘Ofeshe’ are among those for which KCEE allegedly controls all the royalties.

Expressing his plea, Harrysong urged everyone to help him persuade KCEE, also known as Kingsley Okonkwo, to refund his money and release the rights to his songs. He emphasized the desire for a fair distribution, with KCEE taking his rightful percentage while allowing Harrysong access to what is rightfully his.
This latest development adds to the ongoing tensions in the relationship between Harrysong and his former label associates. In a tweet, Harrysong reiterated his claim, asserting that he deserves what rightfully belongs to him and appealing to Nigerians to support him in urging KCEE to address the matter.
