Low voter turnout was recorded in Dutse Alhaji, Bwari Area Council, during the ongoing Federal Capital Territory (FCT) elections.
Officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) were seen waiting for voters after 8:00 a.m., as only a few residents arrived at polling units.
