Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has declared the African Democratic Congress (ADC), as Nigeria’s best hope for addressing the country’s economic and security challenges.
Speaking to supporters in Jalingo, Taraba State, Atiku reaffirmed his commitment to the opposition coalition using the ADC as its platform for the 2027 elections.
He argued that established parties have failed Nigerians and urged citizens to engage in the ongoing voter registration exercise.
ADC supporters welcomed his remarks as part of efforts to strengthen the opposition, while critics question whether the young party can deliver effective governance.
