A Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), leader, Gbenga Hashim-Olawepo, has described the ten-year rule of the All Progressives Congress (APC), as a disaster for Nigeria.
In a televised interview, Hashim-Olawepo said the APC’s decade in power coincided with severe economic challenges, declining GDP, and a weakened position for Nigeria in Africa’s economy.
He added that living conditions have worsened, poverty has increased, and economic opportunities have been lost under successive APC administrations.
The PDP chieftain urged a renewed focus on policies to revitalize the economy, address insecurity, and improve the welfare of Nigerians ahead of future elections.
