UEFA Champions League action on Tuesday night delivered goals and surprises as top clubs battled for knockout places across Europe.

Arsenal boosted their qualification hopes with a confident 3-1 away win over Inter Milan at the San Siro, scoring twice before halftime and sealing victory late on.

Real Madrid were ruthless at the Santiago Bernabéu, hammering AS Monaco 6-1. Kylian Mbappé and Vinícius Júnior starred as the Spanish giants underlined their title credentials.

The night’s biggest upset came in Norway, where Bodø/Glimt shocked Manchester City 3-1, dealing Pep Guardiola’s side a damaging defeat.

Elsewhere, Tottenham Hotspur beat Borussia Dortmund 2-0, Sporting CP edged Paris Saint-Germain 2-1, Olympiacos defeated Bayer Leverkusen 2-0, while Napoli were held to a 1-1 draw by Copenhagen.

With one round of group matches remaining, the race for the knockout stage is intensifying as favourites and surprise contenders jostle for position.
