Osbourne Umahi, 27, son of Works Minister and former Ebonyi Governor David Umahi, has entered the Ohaozara Local Government chairmanship race.
He picked the APC nomination and expression of interest forms over the weekend ahead of the party’s primaries on January 25.
Umahi pledged to focus on youth empowerment and continue his father’s legacy of infrastructure development.
APC state chairman Stanley Okoro-Emegha described him as a promising young politician capable of transforming Ohaozara.
