Senegal’s Sadio Mané has been named Player of the Tournament at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, capping a standout campaign that saw him lead the Teranga Lions to continental glory.

Mané’s leadership and decisive performances in key moments earned him the top individual honour as Senegal clinched the title.

Despite losing the final, Morocco dominated the individual awards. Brahim Díaz finished as the tournament’s Golden Boot winner with five goals, playing a crucial role in the Atlas Lions’ run to the final.

Goalkeeper Yassine Bounou was named Best Goalkeeper after recording five clean sheets in seven matches, while Morocco also claimed the Fair Play Team Award.

The honours underlined Senegal’s success as champions and Morocco’s strong overall showing at AFCON 2025.
