The Federal Capital Territory Police Command has appealed to the public for information to help reunite a missing male child with his family in Abuja.
The FCT Police Public Relations Officer, SP Josephine Adeh, said on Friday that the child, estimated to be between 10 and 11 years old, was found roaming the Works and Housing Estate in Gwarimpa.
According to her, the child, dressed in a white shirt and carton-coloured trousers, was brought to the Gwarimpa Police Divisional Headquarters by a Good Samaritan on December 26 after efforts to locate his parents or relatives failed.
Adeh noted that the child appears unable to speak or provide details about his family.
She urged anyone with useful information to contact the nearest police station or call 08180382808, or the Police Public Relations Officer on 07038979348.
