Ultraviolet Microfinance Bank, UVMFB, has launched a new Point of Sale solution targeted at traders, merchants and small and medium scale enterprises across Nigeria, offering free devices and access to business credit of up to N20 million.

Managing Director of the bank, Mr Bayonle Omoyele, announced the initiative in Abuja, describing the POS as a fast, reliable and business friendly payment tool designed to support everyday transactions and business growth.

According to him, the POS comes at no cost to users, with instant settlement, minimal transaction charges and a dual interface that combines a touchscreen with keypad navigation for convenience and durability.

Omoyele said merchants using the Ultraviolet MFB POS automatically build transaction history that qualifies them for tailored credit facilities of up to N20 million, stressing that the device is not just for payments but also a gateway to financing.

He added that the initiative reflects the bank’s commitment to easing financial stress for Nigerian business owners and empowering them to scale operations without barriers.

Ultraviolet Microfinance Bank is located at Area 11, Garki, Abuja, and invites interested business owners nationwide to take advantage of the offer.
