President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has arrived in Lagos State to spend the Christmas and end-of-year holidays, concluding a multi-state tour that included official engagements in Borno and Bauchi states.
The President departed Abuja on Saturday for the three-state visit, during which he commissioned federal and state projects in Maiduguri, attended a wedding, and paid a condolence visit in Bauchi before flying to Lagos for the festive season.
In a statement, the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, said the trip combined official duties with the Yuletide break.
Tinubu is expected to attend key engagements during his stay, including serving as guest of honour at the annual Eyo Festival in Lagos on December 27.
