TikTok influencer and livestreamer Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, has been hospitalised following a car crash involving his newly acquired Mercedes-Benz along the Lekki-Epe Expressway in Lagos.
The incident occurred on Sunday while Peller was livestreaming on social media. In the footage, he appeared visibly distressed and emotional as he drove alone, making comments about his personal life and relationship. Moments later, the vehicle reportedly veered off the road and collided with a barrier, damaging the car.
Bystanders rushed to assist him, and he was taken to a hospital for treatment. The extent of his injuries has not been officially confirmed.
The crash has sparked widespread reactions online, with many expressing concern for Peller’s safety and mental health, while others questioned the circumstances surrounding the incident due to his history of dramatic online content.
