The Ogun State High Court on Wednesday dismissed Wale Adedayo’s lawsuit accusing Governor Dapo Abiodun of diverting local government funds.
The court ruled that Adedayo’s claims lacked merit, effectively clearing Governor Abiodun of any wrongdoing.
The judgment marks another legal victory for Abiodun, following previous dismissals of similar challenges to his financial conduct and political standing.
Adedayo may still consider appealing the decision or pursuing other legal or political options.
