A viral video has captured popular TikToker Habeeb Okikiola, known as Peller, informing Nollywood actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele that he recently bought a Mercedes-Benz GLE worth almost ₦90 million.
The brief exchange took place at the premiere of Akindele’s new film, where Peller approached her to apologise for arriving late.
In the clip, he excitedly mentions his new car purchase, drawing attention from guests and cameras on the red carpet.
Peller had earlier announced the acquisition on Instagram, sparking congratulatory messages from fans and colleagues.
Reacting at the event, Akindele congratulated him but playfully replied, “It’s a lie,” a remark that triggered laughter and has since generated buzz online as the video continues to circulate.
