The Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) says it is undergoing a major restructuring to enhance operational efficiency and deliver better services to customers.
In a statement released Friday in Abuja, the company said the move aligns with its corporate transformation strategy aimed at becoming more agile, innovative, and customer-focused.
“As part of the transformation, we have promoted high-performing staff, released retiring employees and those performing below par, and implemented a robust employee development and customer management plan,” the statement said.
AEDC reaffirmed its commitment to providing reliable, safe, and sustainable electricity while supporting growth in Nigeria’s energy sector.
