Renowned for her integrity, empathy, and pragmatic approach to governance, Jacobs said her aspiration is driven by a passion for service and a desire to promote inclusive development at the grassroots.

Speaking on her guiding principle, she emphasized that “leadership is service, not privilege.”

She noted that her focus, if elected, would be on empowering women and youths through vocational training, mentorship, and enterprise support; improving infrastructure; and fostering community-driven development.

She pledged to ensure transparency, security collaboration, and environmental cleanliness across Usuma Ward, describing her ambition as a call to transform local governance through unity and purpose.

With years of experience in advocacy and community service, Jacobs affirmed her belief that effective leadership begins with listening and acting for the people.

“I am offering myself to serve, not to be served. My goal is to make Usuma Ward a model of participatory and inclusive governance,” she said.
