Super Eagles midfielder Frank Onyeka was an unused substitute as Brentford secured a 2-0 Premier League win over West Ham United on Monday night.
Goals from Igor Thiago and Mathias Jensen earned Brentford their first away victory of the season, bouncing back from last week’s loss to Manchester City.
Thiago opened the scoring just before halftime, while Jensen sealed the win in stoppage time.
The defeat extended Nuno Espirito Santo’s wait for his first win as West Ham manager.
