In a bid to strengthen the faith and spiritual growth of young Catholics, the Ladies of St. Mulumba (LSM) Abuja Metro, Zones 1 and 2, will on Saturday, October 18, 2025, host its debut Youth Interactive Lunch with the Auxiliary Bishop of the Catholic Archdiocese of Abuja, Most Rev. Dr. Anselm Umorem, MSP, at the DRAAC Centre, Lugbe, Abuja.

Themed “Our Faith, Life, and Everything in Between,” the event aims to provide a safe, open platform for young people aged 18 to 28 to engage in candid discussions with the Bishop on issues affecting their faith, mental health, and moral development in today’s fast-changing world.

According to the Metro President, Lady Agnes Eneji, and the Metro Grand Knight, Sir Johnson Jimoh, KSM, KSG, the session will address contemporary challenges such as social media influence, secular pressures, moral ambiguity, and the growing search for purpose among youths.

The programme will feature a Holy Mass, paper presentation by Bishop Umorem, group discussions, interactive Q&A sessions, and reflections on practical ways to apply faith in daily life.

The initiative, part of the LSM 2025 Project Committee’s youth development activities, seeks to raise spiritually grounded and resilient “soldiers of faith” equipped to navigate modern challenges while remaining steadfast in Catholic values.
