Media personality Symply Tacha has completed a 24-hour Guinness World Record attempt after carrying out 145 makeovers at the John Randle Centre for Yoruba Culture and History, Lagos.
The feat, part of her three-day Beauty Festival, ended at 8:30 p.m. on Sunday and celebrated creativity and empowerment in Nigeria’s beauty industry.
Tacha had aimed for 150 makeovers but completed 145 despite power outages during the marathon. She described the experience as physically and emotionally demanding yet fulfilling, saying she chose to host it in Nigeria to spotlight local talent.
Her team has submitted documentation to Guinness World Records for official verification.
