The Oakleaf Fitness Fiesta is slated to occur in Abuja, the capital city of Nigeria, on Saturday, October 4, marking a first in the event’s history.
The occasion will take place at Monoliza Amusement Park on Dikko Road, Abuja, beginning at 8:00 am.
The pharmaceutical company behind the event, Oakleaf Pharmaceuticals Limited, seeks to disseminate the message of healthy living and a dynamic lifestyle.
Organizers foresee an attendance of between 400 to 500 people in Abuja, encompassing individuals interested in fitness, healthcare practitioners, families, and members of the public desiring healthier lifestyles.
Dipo Adetuyi, Managing Director of Oakleaf Pharma, said that Abuja was a logical choice for the event given the city’s vibrant, health-aware populace.
Abuja’s status as the nation’s capital, coupled with its youthful, energetic population and pronounced sports and fitness ethos, made hosting the Fiesta there an evident decision.
“Our goal is for people to comprehend that physical exercise and healthy living can be enjoyable, stimulating, and sustainable,” he said.
Fitness doesn’t necessarily have to be tedious or routine. Through this event, we hope attendees will be encouraged to integrate exercise, nutritious eating, and overall wellness into their daily regimens,” Adetuyi commented.
Adetuyi also mentioned plans to host the fiesta in Ibadan and Port Harcourt in the upcoming year.
