Ex-servicemen on Thursday resumed protests at the Ministry of Finance in Abuja over unpaid entitlements.
The group had earlier suspended demonstrations on August 4 after Defence and Finance officials promised to settle their benefits by August 10, a pledge yet to be fulfilled.
Spokesperson “Mama G” warned that the protest would intensify until payments are made. The Ministry of Defence and Military Pension Board have not responded.
