The Cherubim and Seraphim University in Kwara State is set to begin operations in 2026, according to Rev. Esther Ajayi, Chairperson of the C&S Centenary Anniversary Steering Committee and Founder of the Love of Christ Church, Lagos.
Speaking at the C&S centenary lecture in Lagos, Ajayi said construction of the university was already 80 percent complete, describing it as a milestone in the 100-year journey of the church.
She stressed that the institution would shape the character of future leaders by instilling moral values in a time of widespread decline.
“The university will serve as a buffer against amoral behaviours by raising students with the right values orientation to advance society,” she noted.
Ajayi added that the C&S Church was committed to remodelling holiness in daily conduct, ensuring that the school’s curriculum and culture reflected this mission.
She explained that the institution would not only provide academic knowledge but also raise bold minds to evangelise globally and correct societal anomalies threatening humanity.
