Wilfred Ndidi has expressed confidence as Beşiktaş prepare to face FC Lausanne-Sport in the first leg of their UEFA Europa Conference League playoff at the Stade de Tuilière on Thursday night.
“We’re ready and excited. We’ve been training all week, and tomorrow will be a good match. I think we’ll perform well,” Ndidi told the club’s official website.
The Nigerian midfielder, who joined the Black Eagles from Leicester City, said he is fully settled and eager to contribute.
“I can say I’m 100% ready. My adaptation is going well. The support of my coach and teammates has been crucial,” he noted.
Ndidi added that football is a collective game: “It’s not just about me. I believe I can contribute well, but we will improve together as a team.”
