United Nigeria Airlines will resume scheduled flights to Osubi Airport, Warri, on August 25, 2025, reconnecting the oil-rich city with Lagos and Abuja.

In a statement, the airline’s Head of Corporate Communications, Chibuike Uloka, described the development as a milestone in the carrier’s drive to provide seamless, reliable, and customer-focused air travel across Nigeria.

Chief Operating Officer, Mazi Osita Okonkwo, said the Warri comeback was not just a route expansion but a strategic move to bridge connectivity gaps, strengthen socio-economic ties, and reinforce the airline’s reputation for punctuality, safety, and service excellence.

“Warri is a key destination for us, and we are excited to return with the dependable service our passengers trust,” Okonkwo stated.

He further revealed that the airline will expand its network with new direct flights from Lagos and Abuja to Ilorin, and from Abuja to Sokoto.

Looking beyond domestic operations, United Nigeria Airlines will launch international flights from Lagos and Abuja to Accra, Ghana, on October 17, 2025, with additional regional and international destinations planned.
