Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, says President Bola Tinubu has repositioned Nigeria for sustained growth and development.
Speaking in Jos during a presentation of the administration’s mid-term achievements to Plateau residents, Idris, represented by Bitrus Bonkat, Head of the Federal Information Centre in Plateau, highlighted major gains recorded in key sectors over the past two years.
“We have gathered here not just to celebrate the success of this government’s policies and programmes, but to renew our commitment to the progress of our beloved country,” he said.
According to him, the Tinubu administration has made strides in health, education, agriculture, and power; improved food security; built critical infrastructure such as roads; upgraded transportation systems; and empowered youths.
He added that the government remains resolute in tackling insecurity and safeguarding lives and property nationwide.
Idris called on Nigerians to support, pray for, and remain patient with the government, noting that some reforms will require time before producing full results.
