Former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal, says Nigeria’s next president must be one who ensures every citizen feels included and treated with justice.
Speaking on Politics Today on Channels Television, Lawal emphasised that leadership should create an environment where Nigerians can realise their aspirations.
“Power should go to the person who will give every Nigerian a sense of belonging and justice,” he said. “It is personal, to you and me, how are you living? Is there an environment where your aspirations can be achieved? And who can guarantee that environment?”
Lawal also expressed confidence that the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has the capacity to win the 2027 presidential election.
