The Enforcers of Good Governance, a socio-political group in Rivers State, has staged a novelty football match in Ogbogu, Ogba-Egbema-Ndoni Local Government Area, in honor of President Bola Tinubu.
In a lively contest, the Enforcers’ football team defeated a Rivers State celebrities’ side 6-1, delighting spectators with an entertaining display.
According to the group’s convener, Dr. Ogu Kingsley, the match was organized as a tribute to President Tinubu for his policies aimed at fostering a more prosperous Nigeria, as well as his support for sports development nationwide.
The event, which formed part of the group’s grassroots mobilization drive, sought to engage local communities and rally support for President Tinubu’s re-election bid in 2027.
Blending sportsmanship with political advocacy, the match drew sports lovers and supporters of the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
