Isaac Fayose, younger brother of ex-Ekiti Governor Ayodele Fayose, has blamed the Nigerian government for the collapse of his N105 million Amala restaurant in Abuja.
In a viral video, the entrepreneur said multiple levies, harsh policies, and zero support from authorities led to the downfall of the once-thriving business.
“My N105 million Amala restaurant in Abuja is gone. I lost everything. The government killed it,” he said.
Fayose decried the lack of relief during tough times, including the COVID-19 pandemic and recent economic crisis. He also cited poor infrastructure, insecurity, and over-taxation as major challenges.
He urged the government to support small businesses, warning that more closures loom without urgent reforms.
