A 250-hectare mixed use development, Abuja Airport Garden City, is set to launch along Airport Road, Abuja, to help address Nigeria’s housing shortage and generate 2,500 jobs. The project, led by First Rotech Group of Companies, will accommodate up to 3,000 residents and offer full amenities including roads, green energy, schools, hospitals, malls, and places of worship.

Located between the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport and Abuja Railway Station, the project aligns with President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda and has received necessary government approvals.

Chairman High Chief Austin Oguejiofor confirmed that groundbreaking preparations are underway, with backing from Dubai based GTX Construction Ltd and T-One Technology Ltd for smart infrastructure.

“This isn’t just housing, it’s a full smart city that will reshape urban living in Abuja,” he said.
