Nigeria’s largest carrier, Air Peace, will begin direct flights from Abuja to London’s Heathrow and Gatwick airports on October 26, 2025.

The airline said the new route, to be operated with its Boeing 777 aircraft, marks a significant step in improving air connectivity between Nigeria and the United Kingdom.

“With this launch, Air Peace becomes the first Nigerian airline to operate direct flights from Abuja to both of London’s major airports,” the airline said in a statement.

Passengers on all Air Peace domestic routes can book a single ticket connecting through Abuja to London, with no need for separate bookings or baggage re-checks.

Return passengers from London can also easily access Nigerian cities like Lagos, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Owerri, Kano, and Asaba via the Abuja hub.

The airline is offering round-trip fares starting from ₦1 million, along with generous bagga3ge allowances.
