“Over the last ten years, chances have opened up for business owners in Nigeria that once seemed completely out of reach. This change didn’t take place in a single day.
It came through hard work, persistence, and what we’ve learned from many failures,” Otedola wrote.
He noted that personal challenges and defining moments shaped both his career and his perspective on success.
“In the next few weeks, you’ll be hearing more about these life events and how I became one of Africa’s top business figures. I hope my story will motivate young people who want to start their own businesses,” he added.
