Residents of Bwari in the Bwari Area Council of the FCT have called on the police to intensify efforts against rising cases of night-time robbery in the community.
They identified Sabon-Geri, Quarters Extension, and Tundu Fulani as hotspots, urging security agencies to focus surveillance and patrols in those areas.
Mrs. Joyce Emmanuel, a resident of Sabon-Geri, recounted how a car was stolen from a compound while the owner was asleep.
In Tundu Fulani, Mallam Jimoh Ibrahim reported a break-in by armed robbers who carted away electronics, including television sets.
The residents appealed for prompt police action to ensure their safety and restore public confidence.
