Bwari Residents Urge Police to Tackle Rising Night Robberies

Residents of Bwari in the Bwari Area Council of the FCT have called on the police to intensify efforts against rising cases of night-time robbery in the community.

They identified Sabon-Geri, Quarters Extension, and Tundu Fulani as hotspots, urging security agencies to focus surveillance and patrols in those areas.

Mrs. Joyce Emmanuel, a resident of Sabon-Geri, recounted how a car was stolen from a compound while the owner was asleep.

In Tundu Fulani, Mallam Jimoh Ibrahim reported a break-in by armed robbers who carted away electronics, including television sets.

The residents appealed for prompt police action to ensure their safety and restore public confidence.
