A man identified as Mr. Louis Nwachukwu, reportedly a staff member of the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN), has been found dead in a hotel room in Mpape, a suburb of Abuja.
According to sources, the deceased had checked into the hotel with a woman identified as Miss Helen Raymond.
Unconfirmed reports suggest he may have died after taking a sex enhancement substance.
His body has been deposited at the mortuary as the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Police Command has commenced an investigation to determine the actual cause of death.
Authorities have yet to release an official statement, but the incident has raised concerns about the use of unregulated performance-enhancing drugs.
