A respected religious figure known for his fiery sermons and calls for moral uprightness is now at the center of a disturbing scandal involving the alleged sexual abuse of a 14-year-old girl.
The clergyman, identified as Pastor Isah, was arrested by operatives of the Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID), after serious allegations surfaced linking him to the assault of the minor.
Despite his public reputation for preaching boldness and righteousness often urging believers to “be a light in a dark world” authorities revealed that he is now being accused of leveraging his spiritual authority to prey on a vulnerable teenager.
According to insiders within the FCID, the case is being handled with extraordinary discretion due to the suspect’s influential status in the religious community.
Efforts to obtain the cleric’s side of the story proved unsuccessful, as calls placed to his mobile line went unanswered.
Disturbingly, it is believed that some police officers may be working covertly to protect Pastor Isah by suppressing information and keeping his identity from the public.
This has raised concerns about possible attempts to obstruct justice, especially given the gravity of the charges and the age of the victim.
As the investigation unfolds under a veil of secrecy, public outcry continues to mount, with many calling for transparency and accountability regardless of the suspect’s clerical title.
