Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Dr. Paul Enenche, has turned down a ₦30 million cash donation from Kebbi State Governor, Dr. Nasir Idris, during a crusade in the state.
The donation, presented by Commissioner Zayyanu Umar Aliero on behalf of the governor, was declined by Enenche, who urged that the funds be directed to charitable causes like orphanages.
He stressed that public funds should serve public needs and reiterated that his church operates without government support to preserve its moral independence.
