The EFCC has arraigned Abuja-based developer Rebecca Godwin-Isaac, her husband Isaac Yusuf, and others for alleged ₦800 million land fraud.
The charges include forgery, money laundering, and fraudulent land sales in Guzape and Katampe.
While the couple was granted bail, a co-defendant, Richard John, was remanded in Kuje Prison.
The EFCC plans to present 13 witnesses when the trial resumes on July 21.
Meanwhile, an FCTA probe links manipulated land records to the accused, prompting petitions and court-ordered forfeiture of disputed plots.
