The Chief of Pai chiefdom in Kwali Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory, Alhaji Abubakar Sani Pai, has constituted a committee to address and prevent conflicts between farmers and herders in the community.
He made this known on Saturday while receiving village chiefs, district heads, traditional title holders, and Ardos who paid him a Sallah homage at his palace.
The chief said the initiative is aimed at fostering peaceful coexistence between the two groups in the area.
He emphasized the importance of resolving disputes amicably to maintain harmony within the chiefdom.
