Nigerian international and Napoli striker Victor Osimhen has rejected a mouthwatering €30 million per season contract offer from Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal.

The offer was part of a proposed €75 million deal that would have seen the Saudi club activate Osimhen’s release clause at Napoli, positioning him among the highest-paid footballers in the world.

Al-Hilal’s offer was believed to include additional bonuses and benefits, but Osimhen has firmly declined the proposal, signaling a clear intention to continue playing in Europe.

The striker, who recently concluded a loan spell at Galatasaray during the 2024-25 season with an impressive record of 37 goals in 41 appearances, is reportedly eyeing a move to a top European club, with interest from Serie A sides and the Turkish champions.

Osimhen’s decision is seen as a commitment to further his career at the highest competitive levels of European football.
