As part of activities marking his birthday, Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Dr Paul Enenche, empowered over 500 widows, supported orphanages, and provided free medical care to less privileged residents of Sabo Iddo community in the Federal Capital Territory.
In a statement on Thursday, the church said the humanitarian outreach extended to both rural and urban areas, including the Dunamis headquarters in Abuja, where widows, ten orphanages, and numerous children received food items, relief materials, and other essential support.
During the commissioning of a borehole donated to Sabo Iddo, Dr Enenche described the project as more than just water, calling it a symbol of hope, health, and love.
He led prayers and urged residents to embrace both the spiritual and physical benefits of the outreach, emphasizing the importance of a deeper relationship with God.
Medical experts were on site to treat ailments including hypertension, diabetes, childhood diarrhoea, ulcers, malaria, and other infections.
Head of the Dunamis Welfare Department, David Ozigi, said the borehole was provided after a needs assessment revealed that the community lacked access to clean water.
He added that the entire outreach reflects the church’s mission of showing God’s love and uplifting communities through acts of compassion.
