Super Eagles winger Moses Simon has hinted at a possible exit from Ligue 1 side FC Nantes this summer, stating he is open to new challenges, though he remains deeply attached to the French club.

Simon, who has been linked with Premier League side Everton as well as Olympique Marseille and Paris FC, said he would consider any suitable offer if Nantes are willing to let him go.

“A club that respects you and shows you love, of course you have to respect them and fight for them in return,” he said.

“Nantes have shown me tremendous support, especially during my injury. They stood by me, along with the fans. I have a lot of love and respect for this club.

“But like any professional, I’m always open to new challenges. If an offer comes and Nantes accept it, I’ll consider it. If they decide not to, I’ll respect my contract because I am still their player.”

Simon was one of Nantes’ standout performers last season, scoring eight goals and providing seven assists in 32 league appearances.
