What began as a glamorous evening at the Transcorp Hilton in Abuja on May 22 quickly descended into chaos as popular nightlife promoter Cubana Chief Priest and music executive Ubi Franklin engaged in a heated physical altercation.
According to reports by blogger Stella Dimoko Korkus, the faceoff was triggered by ongoing tension surrounding Afrobeats star Davido.
Sources claim Ubi Franklin is making determined efforts to regain access to Davido’s inner circle, a move fiercely resisted by Cubana Chief Priest.
“It is alleged that Ubi is angling for a seat at Davido and Chioma’s upcoming wedding in the United States this August,” Korkus revealed, “but Cubana is doing all he can to block it.”
