The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), has empowered 531 National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), members with N531,000 each to support their entrepreneurial pursuits.
The initiative, launched through the NNPC Foundation, is designed to foster self-reliance and stimulate youth-driven economic development.
Speaking at the event, NNPCL’s Managing Director, Bayo Ojulari, reaffirmed the company’s dedication to youth empowerment and national growth.
He encouraged the beneficiaries to build purposeful businesses and maintain high standards in their ventures.
Managing Director of the NNPC Foundation, Emmanuella Arukwe, described the programme as a long-term investment in economic resilience, adding that it will enable corps members to access further funding opportunities through loans and grants.
