The Federal High Court in Abuja has admitted video recordings featuring General T. Y. Danjuma, Governor Hope Uzodinma, and State Security Service Director-General Adeola Ajayi as evidence in the ongoing trial of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra.
The videos, presented by Kanu’s counsel Paul Erokoro, were accepted without objection from the federal government’s lawyer, Adegboyega Awomolo.
The court marked the flash drive as Exhibit PW P and the certificate of compliance as Exhibit PWP 1.
An SSS operative identified as BBB, testifying as a government witness, was cross examined by Erokoro after the videos were played in open court.
The move marks a critical turn in the trial and could shape the trajectory of proceedings as they continue.
