All eyes will be on Victor Osimhen today as the Nigerian star leads Galatasaray into battle against Trabzonspor in the Turkish Cup final at the Gaziantep Stadium.

Osimhen, who joined the Yellow and Reds with high expectations, is gunning for his first trophy with the Turkish giants.

With three goals and one assist in just three Cup appearances this season, the prolific forward is seen as the man to watch in the title clash.

Galatasaray manager Okan Buruk is banking on the Super Eagles striker to deliver silverware.

“We have a chance to win two cups this week,” Buruk said, referencing their push for both the Cup and the league title. “We dream of achieving both.”

Osimhen has been in devastating form, scoring 33 goals and providing eight assists in 38 matches across all competitions this season.

Galatasaray last lifted the Turkish Cup in 2019, and victory tonight would mark a significant step toward a domestic double, with the club already closing in on a third straight league crown.

Buruk added, “We hope for a match that is remembered for football and fair play. It promises to be a good final.”
