German powerhouse Borussia Dortmund have set their sights on Nigerian forward Tolu Arokodare following his explosive form for Belgian side Genk.

The 24-year-old striker has been on a tear this season, notching 22 goals and providing seven assists, sparking serious interest from top European clubs.

Dortmund, looking to bolster their attacking line after a below-par campaign, are reportedly in the race to sign the Genk hitman.

Club sources say they are monitoring Arokodare closely as part of plans to sharpen their front line.

Genk, while open to business, are expected to demand more than the €13 million market valuation listed by Transfermarkt, especially with the Nigerian’s contract running until 2027.

Arokodare’s next move could be one of the big transfer stories this summer if Dortmund decide to make a formal bid.
