The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), has launched the Digital Literacy for All (DL4ALL), initiative across Nigeria’s 36 states and the FCT, aiming to equip 70% of Nigerians with digital skills by 2027 and 95% by 2030.
Following a successful pilot training over 152,000 people, the program will focus on six key areas, including device operation, data literacy, content creation, and online safety.
According to NITDA, the initiative aligns with President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda and seeks to foster inclusive digital growth across education, employment, and financial access.
