The Federal Road Safety Corps has named Leye Adegboyega as the new Sector Commander for Osun Command, with effect from May 2.
Adegboyega, a seasoned officer with more than three decades of service, replaces Taofeeq Sokumbi, who has been redeployed to a new posting.
Before this appointment, Adegboyega served as Zonal Head of Operations at the Zone RS11 Headquarters in Osogbo.
His distinguished career has included roles such as Personal Assistant to the Director of Operations, Staff Officer for Statistics, and Head of Administration and Human Resources.
Promoted to Corps Commander in April 2022, Adegboyega brings a wealth of operational and administrative experience.
His leadership is expected to strengthen the command’s commitment to road safety and accident reduction in the state.
