Paris Saint-Germain have stormed into the history books, setting a new benchmark for consistency on the road across Europe’s elite leagues.

The Ligue 1 champions extended their unbeaten away streak to an astonishing 39 matches following a 1-1 draw against Nantes on Tuesday night.

Vitinha fired PSG ahead in the 33rd minute, but a late equaliser from Douglas in the 83rd minute denied them all three points.

Still, the result was enough to see the Parisians eclipse the previous record of 38 unbeaten away games set by AC Milan back in 1993.

With 30 wins and 9 draws from those fixtures, Luis Enrique’s side now stand alone atop the continent’s most prestigious away records.

PSG will now turn their focus to their upcoming French Cup final clash against Reims on May 24. Before then, they will square off with Arsenal in a blockbuster Champions League semi-final as they chase European glory.
